To maintain our unique working culture during the pandemic, we summarised our values and way of working in written form.
In 2020, the coronavirus pandemic forced us to mostly work remotely. At the same time, the company was growing and new team members were joining us at a faster rate than ever before. It became clear that in order to maintain our unique working culture, it needed to be summarised in written form.
The result of this work is a document called Working With Taiste. While aimed mostly at our own people, it offers an overview of what we're all about for anyone interested.
