The road to both a fulfilling job and a state of mental wellbeing is tricky, and one where things must often first get worse before they get better. There are many reasons for this: whether it's realising that your job does not align with your values, experiencing a burnout – or even realising you should switch careers completely.
Joining us in the studio we have Matti Vahtera, Design Idealist of And Now For Something Completely Different, as well as Taiste's UX Designer Ikaros Ainasoja and Business Development Manager Eeppi Nieminen. All three have a colorful history of trial and error in their careers, which makes for some juicy conversation!
