Our guest Anssi Soinu is the CEO of Arado, a Turku-based software company with whom Taiste has a long-running collaborative relationship. Joining him, we have Technology Director Mikko Harju and Design Director Ville Kaisla – both are also founders and partners at Taiste.

Arado's working model is built around selling consultants, whereas Taiste has a more project-driven approach. This sets the stage for an in-depth conversation on what led both companies choose their respective working methods and what they think the upsides and downsides are.
